Hello,

The day is Saturday, 21 September 2019. On this day, I took my first big step to reaching some personal music goals. I made a video recording the entire event (warning, it was a rough practice) https://youtu.be/cOn9N9FUBj8.

I realized that have much to learn. With this first practice session, I learned that I have to work on my volume control (dynamics), tempo control, fingering, and reading bass clef. I know that all of this will come with time and effort, so I am not worried about it yet. Overall, I really enjoyed the practice session. I had a lot of fun, and I think that my YouTube video will show that. I did notice that I got a little frustrated though, but I think you cant truly learn unless you are challenged. Facing a challenge is bound to cause some frustration, so I will take this as a good sign that the difficulty level is set quite well (for now).
